Service pricing
The NextCar service fee is $450 and is paid separately upon completion. It is excluded from the financed amount. DMV title and registration and estimated taxes are separate charges. Final satisfaction-guarantee and collection terms remain to be approved.
Estimates and vehicle availability
Calculator figures are illustrative estimates, not a credit offer or approval. Rates, taxable amounts, government charges, availability, and dealer pricing require verification. Tax rate selection alone does not establish the correct vehicle tax treatment in every jurisdiction.
Your information
The final privacy notice must describe account and inquiry data, private proposals, PDF activity events, ClickUp and email delivery, and retention/deletion behavior. Customer records must remain accessible only to their owner and authorized admins.
Shipping and vehicle purchases
NextCar can guide shipping arrangements but does not provide shipping. The eventual purchasing party must be identified before a firm sell/trade offer is presented.
Before publication
Approve guarantee terms, retention periods, proposal expiration, contact consent, export notices, and vendor arrangements before activating real customer workflows.
